Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unused rackets in brand-new condition.

To qualify for a return:

• The racket must have no visible markings, scratches, or defects
• Plastic casing on the handle must still be intact
• Tags must not be removed
• Must be returned in the original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use. If you’re unsure whether your racket qualifies, please contact us.
